Welcome to ProjectPeople.co.za. By participating in our awards and recognition programs, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not participate in the program.

2. Eligibility

Participation in the awards program is only open to South African citizens or people that have done work for companies based in South Africa. Employees of ProjectPeople.co.za or Judges and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. Entry Requirements

All entries must be submitted through the official website by 15 September 2024. Entries must comply with the guidelines provided and must not infringe on any third-party rights.

4. Judging Process

Judging Panel: The awards will be judged by a panel of experts selected by [Website Name]. The panel’s composition may change at the discretion of the organizers.
Criteria: Entries will be judged based on number of votes as well as other criteria which may include innovation, impact, execution, and relevance to the category.

5. Finality of Decisions

Final Decision: All decisions made by the judging panel are final and binding. No correspondence or discussion will be entered into regarding the judges’ decisions.

6. Awards and Prizes

Announcement: Winners will be announced on 21 November 2024 on the website and notified via email. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Prize Acceptance: By accepting a prize, winners agree to participate in promotional activities related to the awards, including publicity and media coverage.

7. Limitation of Liability

ProjectPeople.co.za is not responsible for any technical issues, loss of entries, or other factors beyond our control that may affect the outcome of the awards program.
